Full service new build for commercial offices and a warehouse complex including interior design. Prime corner site with requirement for two distinctly different frontages from each street for the use by two separate businesses. Textural off-the-board concrete, aluminium fins and fibre-cement panels are used as low-maintenance materials and the large solid surfaces are broken up via expansive glazing allowing views into public areas of the building.
