Westmoreland House

The long and skinny site informed the elongated design of this hillside home. Living on the upper level captures sun and views and a ‘internal’ outdoor room provides shelter from the predominant winds. High level opening windows allows cross-ventilation for passive cooling in summer and solar heating is provided on the roof for the colder months.
