**1. Purpose** This document outlines the terms under which the Sponsor will provide financial support to the Centre for Community Solidarity (CCS) for constructing [number] rainwater tank(s) for a Ugandan family, who will contribute 50% of the total cost. This agreement defines the scope, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties in this one-off collaborative initiative. *Note: This arrangement is facilitated by Borrmeister Architects and Lorraine Borrmeister on behalf of the sponsor.* ______________________________________________________________________ **2. Scope of Collaboration** - The Sponsor agrees to fund the rainwater tank project. - CCS ensures proper use of funds and timely completion. - This agreement does not create legal obligations beyond those stated. ______________________________________________________________________ **3. Use of Funds** Funds will be used exclusively for the construction of one rainwater tank and must not be used for: - Political or lobbying activities - Religious proselytization - Administrative costs unrelated to the project - Illegal or unethical purposes ______________________________________________________________________ **4. Roles and Responsibilities** 4.1 The Sponsor will: - Provide agreed funding. - Optionally promote the initiative through their platforms. 4.2 CCS will: - Complete the rainwater tank on time and to a high standard. - Use funds solely for the agreed purpose. - Obtain informed consent for use of photos, videos, names, or stories. - Provide progress updates and a final report to Lorraine Borrmeister and Borrmeister Architects. - Notify promptly of any significant issues or delays. ______________________________________________________________________ **5. Reporting and Accountability** Upon completion, CCS will submit a final report to Lorraine Borrmeister including: - Summary of project outcomes and community impact - Photographic documentation of the completed tank No further reporting is required. ______________________________________________________________________ **6. Use of Images and Media** - CCS will secure explicit, informed consent from the beneficiary family before using any personal media. - Consent records will be securely stored. - Media removal requests will be promptly honoured. - The Sponsor agrees to use media respectfully, protecting privacy and dignity. ______________________________________________________________________ **7. Communication and Acknowledgment** - CCS will acknowledge the Sponsor’s support in communications. - Communications will be managed between CCS, Lorraine Borrmeister, and Borrmeister Architects. ______________________________________________________________________ **8.
