This site was infill developed to a medium density standard in North Beach and was completed in 2023. The existing site sloped up an old sand dune towards the rear of the site and required significant coordination with civil design to achieve a successful outcome, complying with urban design best practice and client QA standards, and achieving Homestar 6 rating.
