This complex social housing development spanned 5 sites across 2 streetfronts, and required a complex navigation of urban design considerations, occupant safety, sustainability and maximized residential amenity for the occupants. We worked alongside client stakeholders and led a team of consultants to the successful delivery of this Homestar 6 rated project in 2022.
